Türkiye'de America/Caracas Saat Dilimi

Windows kurulu makinenizde Türkiye lokal'ine sahipseniz ve kodda yerel saat bilginiz yanlış gözüküyorsa muhtemelen default TimeZone yanlış gelmektedir:
java.util.TimeZone.getDefault() => "America/Caracas"
Bunun sebebi aşağıdaki bug'dan kaynaklanmakta:

Çözen degişiklik ise sadece JDK8'e commit'lenmiş:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/tl/jdk/rev/cd6d236e863b
Yapmanız gereken tzmappings dosyasını bulup aşağıdaki satırı eklemek:
Turkey Standard Time:926,926::Asia/Istanbul:
